sakthi_dev,
this amandoned module is by no means compatible with Drupal 10. There is a ton of deprecations, and it is not even working with Drupal 8 (see #3062119: Finish the D8 port of comment_perm → ) for reference.You've obviously submitted this merge request without evenb testing it first. That is a waste of everybody's time, including mine.
I've revoked your confirmed role. If you keep on doing this, your account here will be blocked.

@gisle,
Apologize for that, I verified that in upgrade_status and cleared the warning. - 🇳🇴Norway gisle Norway
The automated upgrade status check does not check if a module actually works. It is pretty obvious that a module that has been abandoned for more than three years (since June 2020) is going to require more work that a trivial tweak to the
core_version_requirement
attribute to become compatible with Drupal 10.Anyway, if you had taken the time to read the issue summary, you should have seen that this is not a request for merge requests. This issue is just to inform those who need this that the sought-after functionality is in the pipeline for becoming available from core.
The issue about getting it ready for newer versions of Drupal is this one #3062119: Finish the D8 port of comment_perm → . However, because this module is abandoned, that issue is stalled.
