Styling issue about vertical-align and the draggable handle in Claro

I think class .js is no longer available in Claro which makes the css in paragraphs_collapsible not used.

Update D10.1 with this module installed.
Install Claro as the Admin Theme.

Remove .js for fixing the handle bar.
Add additional styling in .paragraph-type-title to make it vertical align.
