Provide an alter hook for the found active link

Problem/Motivation

I need a way to alter the found found active menu link, used to filter the results in the views argument filter.
There's also a @todo in there mentioning such planned improvement.

API changes

Introduce "HOOK_views_menu_children_filter_links_alter()"
