Order balance not updated when payment is checked by cron

Problem/Motivation

When using an offline payment service, for example Effecty, the payment is successfully
created on the order but the order balance is not recalculated and remains at the initial value.

Steps to reproduce

Create an order and pays with ePayco and use Efecty as the payment service.

Proposed resolution

When payment is checked by cron update force to recalculate the balance.
