Configure whether to show the confirmation per order item type

Problem/Motivation

In our project we have a business requirement to hide the add to cart confirmation on some order item types. It would be great if there was a way to configure this in the order item form.

Proposed resolution

Allow a site builder to choose whether or not to show the add to cart confirmation on an order item type. In order to be backwards compatible this should default to being shown. We can store this information in the third party settings.

User interface changes

New option in the order item form that allows to choose whether to show a confirmation screen after adding the order item to a cart.

I've fixed saving new setting to the order item type - there was missed $order_item_type->save().
Also fixed some coding standard issues.
