Breakpoint doesn't work

The breakpoint doesn't work at all.

I am using thde default 768px, but the menu collapses into hamburger menu only at XS size.

I have used this also on core themes. Same result.

I have recently checked many times this. I have create to custom device in google development tools with resolution 768 and 765 and clearly see switch.
