Drupal 10 compatibility

Problem/Motivation

Drupal 9 support is ending soon, we need to upgrade to Drupal 10.

Proposed resolution

Attached patch adds 10 to supported core versions (and removes 8). A few other fixes for PHP 8 e.g. passing null to functions expecting string.

NB the patch is rolled on top of the patch in https://www.drupal.org/project/social_profile_field/issues/3242595 💬 D9 compatibility issues Needs work for D9 compatibility.
