Unable to Save Flipped table different settings in multiple Displays in a View

Problem/Motivation

I have flipped table format set for number of Displays in a view. I tried to set a different settings "Hide if empty" for each display (checked the checkbox). however whenever I set in one display, the other is reset or be saved differently. Is that a bug or did I miss any configuration on the Flipped table display format ?

I'm unable to reproduce—before you changed the settings did you set the format to override for that display (click on "Flipped Table" and then switch the dropdown so it says "This page/block (override)" and apply)?
