Duplicate tables after upgrade

I had previously installed the alpha8 version. At that point the database table for handling node access appeared to be node_access_policy.

After upgrading to the beta1 version, my site's database has node_access_policy and node__access_policy tables.

if node_access_policy won't be used anymore, remove it from the database.

That was by design. To give some context, we're running this module on a very large website that would take hours to restore if the update didn't go smoothly. Preserving the data allowed us to safely switch branches in case anything happened after deployment.

The tables will be removed as part of beta2.
