Thank you.
May I know your library versions?
Two reasons:
1. Please check out the supported libraries here:
https://www.drupal.org/project/gridstack#gridstack-versions →2. Gridstack 2.9 - 2.11 were indeed broken somehow.
Please try the latest gridstack:2.12-RC here instead:
https://www.drupal.org/project/gridstack/releases/8.x-2.12-rc3 →
And blazy:2.17-RC here:
https://www.drupal.org/project/blazy/releases/8.x-2.17-rc4 → I tried all of that:
I used the npm-asset version 5.0 and 5.1. I also used the Dropbox verison that was linked from the module's page.
I also tried with Gridstack 2.12 and Blazy 2.17.

Hm, weird. Fine at my end with RCs.
Mind screenshoting the browser console after pressing F12? You can edit if any sensitive urls.
Must be some errors in there if grids are empty. Sure, here's a screenshot. I'm not seeing anything, but let me know if anything stands out for you.

Thank you.
Looks like a JS error by spoofer.js?
Any JS errors will prevent other JS scripts from running, not always, but normally.
Mind disabling spoofer.js for a mo, and see if any difference?
If any other errors on the cropped ones, be sure to fix them, or disable them just for a second to verify things are clean.
Let me know?
