Provide an event instead of the hook

As an alternative to the hook_jsonapi_response_alter hook, the \Drupal\jsonapi_response_alter\Event\JsonApiResponseAlterEvent event can be used to alter the JSON:API response data.

Please note that this is implemented in 2.x.
