Sibs SPG Return Url sends to sibs portal

Problem/Motivation

At Sibs Settings form, there is a field for SPG Return url.
What happens is that you have to add both domain and path here, instead SIBS won't understand that you are dealing within your website, redirecting you to sibs domain.

If you have a test and production environment, this already points this configuration to be spited by environment, which is a workaround but not a desirable situation.

Proposed resolution

Proposed resolution is to resolve it's domain at SPG form, where return url should check if this is only a path or complete url and, in case it's complete, already resolve domain.
