Well, got same error like here https://www.drupal.org/project/we_megamenu/issues/3253971 🐛 Trying to get property 'menu_config' of non-object in we_megamenu_entity_insert() Needs review but with different case. The problem is that we trying to loop the menu config, but this element is empty.
Open node type for edit and add new one menu in the settings on 'Menu settings' tab. After open 'Content create' and select same node type. On the edit form select menu that you did add before, select parent item and click 'save' button.
I did test it on 1.14@beta.
