ClientCdfLanguage::__construct() - fatal error

Problem/Motivation

TypeError: Drupal\acquia_contenthub\EventSubscriber\ClientCdf\ClientCdfLanguage::__construct(): Argument #2 ($moduleHandler) must be of type Drupal\Core\Extension\ModuleHandler, Drupal\hook_event_dispatcher\HookEventDispatcherModuleHandler given, called in /app/docroot/core/lib/Drupal/Component/DependencyInjection/Container.php on line 262 in Drupal\acquia_contenthub\EventSubscriber\ClientCdf\ClientCdfLanguage->__construct() (line 48 of modules/contrib/acquia_contenthub/src/EventSubscriber/ClientCdf/ClientCdfLanguage.php).

Steps to reproduce

Try to uninstall search/search api modules when ACH and hook_event_dispatcher are installed.
