Problem/Motivation

Getting PHP error page after the latest ACL module security update.
Every node access page gives me that error:

Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 0 of 2 bytes in /content_access/src/Form/ContentAccessPageForm.php on line 127
Service unavailable
The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

RuntimeException: Failed to start the session because headers have already been sent by "/content_access/src/Form/ContentAccessPageForm.php" at line 127. in Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\Session\Storage\NativeSessionStorage->start() (line 152 of /vendor/symfony/http-foundation/Session/Storage/NativeSessionStorage.php).

My setup:
