Create a branch for Drupal 10 releases

The 1.0.x branch requires at least Drupal 8.9, but it can be installed on Drupal 9.x and Drupal 10.x. The same code cannot be used for Drupal 8, 9, and 10, though; there are functions/methods/classes that have been deprecated in Drupal 9 and removed in Drupal 10. This means that code used in Drupal 8 will not work in Drupal 10; it also means that code that worked on early Drupal 9 releases will not work on Drupal 10.

It would be better to have a branch for Drupal 10 releases.
