Cannot change the shipping service

The code currently selects the highest price shipping cost, most expensive, and allocates this service

The user does not have the option to change the shipping service.

Will this ever list all the available services for the user location and allow the user to select it?

Yeah I think this makes a lot of sense, if there are several shipping services available, for example regular and express shipping.
