Fix Add to calendar link for the Schedules table

Problem/Motivation

On the Schedules page, the Add to Calendar link doesn't work in the modal window

Steps to reproduce

go to the page where is placed the Repeat Schedules paragraph
click by the label of the session
in the opened modal window click by Add to calendar link

Proposed resolution

Needs to fix using of the showAddToCalendar() function on templates
