Limit per role

Problem/Motivation

It would be better to set the limits according to the role. Because in its current state, even the administrator(id-1) is affected by this limit.

Also, having an adjustable limit according to the time/duration can be added as another feature.
This may be an extra feature, but I think the subject of role limit has a major importance.
