Entries from different sources overwrite each other

Problem/Motivation

If entries are loaded onto the Project Wiki list page, they overwrite each other depending on where they come from to the render function.
As far as I've noticed they overwrite each other with the following priorities (1. overwrites all):

  1. Separately created Markdown modules
  2. Markdown Content (Example) module
  3. Entity Content module

Steps to reproduce

Install any of the modules, create entries for at least two of the list items above and see how they interact and overwrite each other on the list page.

Proposed resolution

Have a look again at the render function and the hook implementations on all of the submodules.
