When I create a new DIV with the plugin (starting with a blank editor), the result is wrapped in a P element. The result is still editable by the plugin, but it can't be styled with the styles dropdown.
- Configure CKEditor 5 with the styles dropdown.
- Add a style like: div.blocky-block|Blocky block
- Save the text format.
- Create new page (or whatever, just make sure you use the text format)
- Add a DIV with the ckeditor_div_manager plugin
- Try to apply the style with the style-dropdown.

It seems to me that this isn't an issue for this module, but rather a bug in the core CKEditor5, and it could be linked to this. -
