Directory permissions (and ownership) change after cache:rebuild

Thanks for linking that issue. However, I fixed a similar problem of mine, by changing the nginx configuration, as I've written on that issue too.

The problem, mentioned on this issue is, doesn't disappear by nginx configuration changes.
