Url from create translation link is different from add translation link from drupal

Problem/Motivation

When I go to the translation assignment form through the link in the view of assigned nodes, I don't get the same url as the drupal list.

Example:
- Assigned view -> {MainURL}/node/26/translations/add/es/uk
- Drupal -> {MainURL}/uk/node/26/translations/add/es/uk

Steps to reproduce

- Assing a translation to any content.
- Log in with the asignation user and go to /admin/content/assigned view.
- Copy the "Create translation" link.
- Go to the content "/translations" link
- Copy buttom "Add" link and compare this link with the previous one.
