Problem/Motivation

Php 8.2 does not allow dynamic property creation without a definition defined in the class. https://php.watch/versions/8.2/dynamic-properties-deprecated

Steps to reproduce

Update to php 8.2

Proposed resolution

Add the property definition in the definition of the ThemeRegistryAlter class.
