hook_help() is not implemented

Verified the #3 patch on 9.5.8, the help() is added. Added screenshots for reference, RTBC++

#3 can you please make this line "The main Feature of this module is the you can filter all published node which is using vocabulary and taxonomy term and when you select vocabulary it will load the taxonomy term then we can filter our nodes on the basis of it also you can filter node by content type ." more readable and more context eg

"The key feature of this module is that it allows you to easily filter all published nodes based on their usage of vocabularies and taxonomy terms. When you choose a specific vocabulary, the module will display the associated taxonomy terms, which you can then use to filter the nodes. Additionally, you have the ability to filter nodes by their content type. This module provides a convenient way to sort and manage your nodes according to these criteria." Thank you Priya.
