hello @shweta__sharma i have tired with Steps you reproduce and interesting fact is that i am not facing any issue like text not visible in comment section and attaching the screenshot for review

@Tanuja Bohra sorry for the inconvenience but regrading the text not visible in the comment section i have faced no issue and issue was on the text-format type not visible so after applying the MR6 it has fixed the issue and i have try on drupal 9.3.x. Provided video and screenshot.
