Updating v 8.x-1.13 to 8.x-1.15 breaks menu blocks and changes are not saved.

P.S. v. 8.x-1.14 works fine - upgrading from 8.x-1.14 to 8.x-1.15 causes bugs.

Verified. 1.15 just reverted the fixes as made part of 🐛 Deprecated error /PHP. 8.0 Drupal 9 Fixed

Commit ce2a7d4 was wiped out with 1.15:

Reverting back to 1.14 resolves this issue.

I think 1.15 is broken.

A new version 8.x-1.16 released and i am not getting broken issue. Attaching screenshot.
Make sure block are assigned in any region because if block is not in region then these will be not available in Mega-Menu also you may follow ticket https://www.drupal.org/project/we_megamenu/issues/2978682 →
