Reordering of script loading (v1.0.9) breaks Google Analytics

Problem/Motivation

It was found that the approach to reordering of the scripts according to the Cookiebot documentation was causing issues with Google Analytics. Initially Google Consent Mode was implemented (v1.0.11) in an attempt to alleviate this issue but it seems like the consent mode scripts were not behaving as expected presumably due to the reordering of the scripts on a programatic level (v1.0.9).

Steps to reproduce

If you attempt to get Google Analytics stats from sites that have Cookiebot + GTM v1.0.9 or later installed you should find that there are issues with the site settings.

Proposed resolution

The code updates included in versions 1.0.9 to 1.0.11 should be removed.
