Update docs to show need for Menu Item Fields UI

Problem/Motivation

As a sitebuilder, I enabled the module via drush, and wasn't able to see the desired Admin UI elements needed to see the management fields, view modes and UI aspects.

Steps to reproduce

Enable the menu_item_fields module only.

Proposed resolution

Either update the documentation to reflect that one needs the Menu Item Fields UI module enabled as well, to be able to see the Admin UI fields to be able to manage the display or automatically enable it on install.

Thank you for pointing out the issue. I updated the readme file and syncronized the description of the module with it to reflect that installing the UI module should be one of the first steps. Should it be clearer?
