Menu does not work on mobile device

We are working on the site https://sensualmassage.capetown

The main menu on the site works on desktop devices with all browsers. The site also works on iPad's. On several mobile phones, however, the main menu does not work. Tapping on the menu icon has no effect.

When one clicks on the link 'masseuses' in the text, one gets to the respective basic page. Here the menu works for mobile devices.

If one then returns to the homepage, the menu again does not work.

We don't have any errors in the log.

    Hi,

    I have tried to reproduce it on my local with same details as you give. created home menu option and testing on many browser. by not find the issue with Drupal core, it's maybe be functionality issue from your side.

    can you please add more details about it, so that we cloud replicate it on local.

    Thank you for the feedback @Harish1688. I am not sure what other information we can provide. It was a clean install. We did not get any error messages in the log. We only became aware of the problem because a client mentioned that the menu does not work on their phone.

    @platinum1 can you re-test and confirm if this issue still exists? If it does, can you provide more info on the device type & browser being used?

    @andy-blum
    The original problem was on iOS with Safari as the browser.

    The site is currently on 10.2.5 and PHP 8.2.13 and the problem has been solved by updating the site.
