Allow autocomplete existing term at taxonomy merge

Problem/Motivation

It would be nice to have an autocomplete at /admin/structure/taxonomy/manage//merge/target form, at the 'Existing term' element, so it is easier to find the term target of the merge.

Proposed resolution

Change the select list by an entity_autocomplete form element, as it is already done at /taxonomy/term/{taxonomy_term}/merge (see https://www.drupal.org/project/term_merge/issues/3097494 ✨ Offer an autocomplete version Needs review )
