Dependency Edit Form Broken when we store taxonomy term as conditional field

Problem/Motivation

Dependency form get broken when you choose autocomplete widget( When the value input mode is "insert value from width" ) and select the taxonomy term for target field to trigger. But this works perfectly when we choose the content bundle.

Steps to reproduce

Create the tag widget for the taxonomy in "Manage field"
a> Click the Manage dependency tab
b> Choose the relevant target field and tag widget as conditional field and click the add dependency
c> Now in the dependency edit form select the appropriate taxonomy term and click save to save it
d> Now once again revisit the same form by clicking the Edit button. Here the Form get Broken
