Support for Smart Date ^4.0

To install the module with Smart Date ^4, add this to your composer.json:

"replace": {
    "drupal/smart_date": "*"
},

Composer patches are applied after packages are installed, so simply applying the patch from the issue fork is not enough.
Alternatively, you could clone the issue fork instead of installing with composer.

Thanks, I'll test to make sure everything still works good with smart_date 4+ before making that change.

Got that tested, latest version 2.2.8 requires smart_date 4+
