Custom Meta tests are failing after #3362522

I have fixed it by shipping the default config to the module so that the logic in the MetatagManager should remains true and it should have the array to sort through.

I used a 2.0.0 module version. After update to 2.1.0, i get error
TypeError: uasort(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, null given in uasort() (line 284 of modules/metatag/src/MetatagManager.php
