Clarify settings description by removing the term "Sub-Admin"

Problem/Motivation

Use this page to classify each role before you assign permissions.

Allowed
Grants sub‐admins the ability to manage users with that role if they have the related permission such as “Edit users with allowed roles”
Forbidden
Means sub‐admins cannot manage users with that role. For example, the ‘admin’ role is always forbidden.
Custom
Allows for more selective access determined by extra permissions for that role.

The sub‐admin can access a target user provided they have access to all of that user's role

It uses the term sub-admin, which I think isn't really clear when using the module for the first time.
I think it could and should be replaced by "users with related Administer Users by Role permissions". The term permissions is clear in Drupal, while sub-admin isn't and if you have many roles, the ones with the "Administer Users by Role permissions" don't have to be "Sub-Admins" on all areas, they could also just be "User moderators" or sth. like that.

I think there might still be potential to improve this for people who don't know the module and its deeper logics, but as I'm not a native EN speaker, it's quite hard for me to do it well.

    Please review.

The term "sub-admin" is widely in this module, including on the project page and in the readme. The advantage is that it's a single word term to refer to a key idea - whereas "users with related Administer Users by Role permissions" is 8 words.

How about if we add a definition of "sub-admin" once at the top of this help page?
