Build admin page for listing all SAs

We can skip the PSA & vulnerability columns, since they will be readable in the title, and I can imagine this View getting hard to read if it's in table format.

Working on this.

Now that I see it, project is also redundant with the SA title, we can remove that column.

And we should add a column for the “Fixed in” releases, so they can be compared with the Affected versions for spot checking.
