I have tested this issue in Drupal 9.5.x.
I have reviewed and implemented the MR! provided by @djsagar.
The MR! has been implemented successfully.
I am attaching my screenshot for your reference.
Result:-In mobile view, the menu is working as expected.
We can move it to RTBC ++.Here are the steps I took to reproduce the issue
1. Install the theme using composer and set as default.
2. In mobile view click on the menu toggle.
3. Found, the menu overlapping the Drupal navigation menu.
4. Implemented the MR! provided by @djsagar.
5. Clear the caches or press ctrl + F5.Thank You.

MR !1 is working fine. After applying the MR this issue is resolved.
