Tokens support

Problem/Motivation

I faced an issue that this module don't have integration with tokens while tried to configure totalTime property for schema.org markup with metatags module.
Additionally there is a chance that someone will want to output calculated value in other places with tokens.

Proposed resolution

Implement corresponding hooks which return node read time value.
