Deprecate Ngram and EdgeNgram data types

Problem/Motivation

These data types are not really useful on their own, and typically require other datatypes, analyser config and custom code to work with.

Having these datatypes makes it more complex for users who just want autocomplete.

We have Search-As-You-Type which is much more fully featured for this.

Users who want this can build their own custom modules to provide data type plugins.
