A Drupal View will display a certain number of items in one page. If you want to display all items in one page, then do not use paging.

In this case, that pager setting is cumulative. Once I enter the 13th event, one of them no longer shows up. It doesn't matter how much are on any given month/page.

This module doesn't support pager feature, in other words, it is working as designed.

OK... I'm confused. I'm not arguing that it is "working as designed", but if, as you say, the module doesn't support the pager feature, why does the example setup given right here in https://www.drupal.org/project/fullcalendar_view β specifically call out using it? (I refer to point '5' in the attached screenshot)

Man, open your eyes. The screen shot you referenced said that βdisplay all items β, in other words βDO NOT USE PAGING β
