[upstream] Unintuitive how to start typing after a CKEditor 5 code block: clicking after last code block is impossible

Reproduced. In both Drupal and in one of the official demos.

The solution: press return/enter 3 times:

I can't find an existing upstream issue for this, only 2 issues for label:package:code-block exist. Working with the CKEditor team to get an issue opened, I can't imagine we're the first to report this.

Clarifying title. The problem is not the triple-return/enter. The problem is the inability to just click below it.
