Offering to maintain yaml_editor

Created on 9 August 2023, over 1 year ago
Updated 14 August 2023, over 1 year ago

Project: https://www.drupal.org/project/yaml_editor

Problem

The module does not have a Drupal 10 compatible release.

Proposal

I'm offering to step in as maintainer or co-maintainer as the module, as preferred by the current maintainer.
We (drunomics) are offering to help to make sure the module stays usable for latest Drupal releases and help with maintenance duties

I've reached out to yannickoo via the contact form also.

The project do not have its issue queue enabled, so it is OK to start out by posting your offer here.

The current owner ( yannickoo ) is still active on Drupal.org, so we need to wait the standard 14 days for a chance to reply. Postponing for now. You can set it back to 'Active' for processing by the site moderators if there is no reply by August 23.

Hey 👋 Sorry for the delay with this one! There were some hickups when syncing the code from GitHub to drupal.org. I am going to move the module away from GitHub and back to drupal.org since we have much better features now which didn't exist back in the days.

Thank you for reaching out to support this project, really appreciated, closing this one 💪

@yannickoo: Amazing, thank you! Let me know if you need any further help!

P.S. Please also tag a d10 compatible release, that would be helpful!

Setting it back to "Active", since the project still don't have a Drupal 10 compatible release and fago is not added as maintainer.

If you reject the offer to maintain, status should be "Closed (won't fix)" – not "Fixed".

OK, a stable Drupal 10 release has been created. I guess that means that you don't need any co-maintainer.
