Problem/Motivation

jqPlot is old. Drupal has a powerful Views system, and Visitors integrates with Views. Custom reports are easy to make with Views.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Replace the custom reports/charts with Views from the Charts module. This will also require the View Date format SQL module.
