Add "package: Webform" to info file

Added package in yml file .Kindly review this patch file.

In above patch adding package is fine to display the module under webform category but removing dependencies is not correct because module is dependending on webform

- webform:webform

providing the new patch.

I have applied the patch in #3, it works nicely.
And dependency is needed as its the part of webform and using its functions.

@dineshkumarbollu i haven't removed the dependencies ,actually it is the way of writing dependencies
( dependencies:
- drupal:ban
- webform:webform)
in yml file .if it will be removed then "-" sign will show before dependencies.
In your patch file same sign is showing in dependencies .

It's my bad,Yes the patch is correct i taught the "-" signs created by git.
