Form display in Gin admin theme is broken

Problem/Motivation

When using Gin for admin theme, the layout of Icon items is broken (see attached)
It could also be this way in Claro (Gin is based off of Claro) but I haven't checked.

Is this something to be addressed in the module here, or with Gin?
