Problem/Motivation

Attempted update via composer and drush updb and saw Update started views_bulk_operations_8035 then [error] call to a member function addTag() on null, followed by [error] Update failed: views_bulk_operations_8035

Steps to reproduce

On Drupal 9.5.10, VBO 4.24, VBO is active on some views.
