Description-display mechanism

I have reviewed the pull request and added some notes.

Reviewed it once again, still something needs to be improved

Merged into 1.0.x

Re-opening this one as "Needs work" cuz it didn't work with the boolean field with the checkbox widget.

This one needs to be reworked. Currently, there could be multiple descriptions set and displayed (check screenshot).

We need to avoid duplicates.

Just fixed a small issue in tests and it seems to work fine.
