Unable to set defaults

Try this patch, it will set default column layout to "Equal Width" for each of the number columns.

Sorting apparently wasn't doing what I thought. I've added an option to specify per breakpoint, per number of columns as to if you want to make the default the top most weighted item or not.

There's likely a more elegant way to do this, but I figure this will need a refactor anyhow when it comes to allowing custom breakpoints in the future and keeps it backwards compatible for now.

@b_sharpe I will test this in a couple days as the site I need it for is on code freeze for a host migration, but this sounds like, for now, a reasonable approach.
