Phpcs endless loop with "Drupal" rules due to missing @endcode

When adding testing to this module, the tests are timing out. After investigation, I found an issue #3315509 that was linked from https://drupal.slack.com/archives/C51GNJG91/p1674953003843419

Fix the @end to be @endcode

Provide the fix.
