Devel Generate integration

Previews are available on Tugboat, but the connections are proxied so traffic only uses private IP addresses.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Integrate with devel_generate, so tugboat previews can demonstrate all of the visitors' features, including IP Geolocation.
